The process starts with a conversation. :

  • What’s your approximate budget?
  • What matters most to you? (Location, bringing your pet, specific services)
  • Any health conditions or special needs?
  • Timeline – how soon do you need to move?

This is a judgment-free conversation. We’ve worked with hundreds of families, and we understand that every situation is unique. There’s no right or wrong answer – just what’s important to you.

Step 2: We Find Your Match

Once we understand what you need, we go to work. Here’s what happens:

We Leverage Our Network: We’ve built deep relationships with the best senior living communities in the region. We know their strengths, their philosophy, their staff culture, and which residents thrive there. We’re drawing on years of personal relationships.

We Screen For Fit: Based on your needs and values, we identify the 3–5 communities that are the best matches. We gather detailed information: availability, pricing, services, community culture, and reviews from clients who’ve already moved there.

We Prepare You: You’ll get clear information about each community – what makes it special, how it matches your needs, what questions to ask during tours, and what to look for. We want you to be confident in your decision.

We Stay Available: As you explore options, we answer questions. You might ask: “Can they handle his specific medication needs?” or “Will she feel socially connected?” We have the answers because we know these communities.

Step 3: Support & Placement

We’re Here Through the Transition

Once you’ve chosen a community, the real work of placement begins – and we’re with you every step.

Coordinating the Details: We help coordinate with the community on move-in dates, required paperwork, medical records transfer, and any special arrangements you need.

Supporting the Move: We check in as the move-in happens. We want to make sure you are settling in smoothly, that you feel welcomed, and that the community is living up to what you expected.

After Move-In: Even after the paperwork is signed, we stay in touch. If you aren’t settling in well, if you have concerns, or if circumstances change – we’re here to help navigate those conversations.

Every timeline looks a little different, and that’s okay. Some situations require a quick transition – sometimes within a week or two – while others allow for a more gradual, thoughtful process over several months.
In general, planning ahead may take 1–3 months to explore options, tour communities, and prepare for a move, while more urgent needs can often be addressed much more quickly. No matter where you are in that process, we meet you there.

Our role is to help you move forward at a pace that feels right – whether that means acting quickly or taking the time to carefully consider each option. Our focus is always the same: helping you or your loved one find the right level of care, the right environment, and the best overall fit, within the timeline that works for you.
